There are so many issues, however, today, its customer service and I am not pointing to the people who interface with you, its their processes. Very rare that they give you a straight response to your specific question. In some cases when the question is too difficult no response is given hoping you forget about it. I guess they are told to copy and paste T&C on the help page and forward. Today I contacted them to find out the reason my 3 PayPal withdrawal I made more than 8 hours ago has not been released as normally the payment are made within a 6 hours. No satisfactory response. Just wait as it could take up to 24 hours to be approved. Very poor. I will later list out all my frustrating experiences I have had with Coral recently. PS no point in writing as you get the same generic response. I think that most of these gambling sites now days share the same call/help centre this is the reason that we get consistently poor service. Ladbrokes, Bwin, Coral use exactly the same Games/Casino platform.

Poor and the help centre doe's not exist and when you get a free bet it says redeemed when you try to use it. Bad for a company that is big as coral. Use other betting shops then coral as they don't honer the free bets.

Fail to finish... you get your qualifying bet back. What a CON!!Spoke to customer services through chat option, was told they hadn’t received the information yet, maybe 24hrs. Thursday 3pm. It’s now Sunday and still nothing.Some people may only have a flutter on the big races so nay be influenced by promotions like this. Well I am still waiting for my 3 fail to finish qualifying bets. No good now however as you have to use them in 7 days which would encourage someone to gamble more than they may want to or feel comfortable with. Coral, stop false advertising!!

It stated that you get £50 if you deposit £10 and wager it. I did this but never got the bonus. They agreed to give me the £50 bonus, but I would have to wager £2000 in order to get the cash value. To get to £2000 pounds you would have to be depositing 100's. After using the £50, I had only wagered 2% of what I needed to get the bonus. A complete and utter nightmare. Its might be a £50 welcome offer but you have to spend hundreds of pounds to get anywhere near retrieving it. I will not be using them again and fortunately I am only £10 down which isnt the end of the world. I would have played more but I dont trust it.

I selected 6 horses at Cheltenham and went for a 25p Heinz, total stake £14.25 as expected. Decided to make it Each Way so checked the Each Way box on the betslip. Stake went up to £28.50, so far so good. All set for an E/W Heinz so I thought (wrong according to Coral).During the day I had 2 second places at 6/1 and 11/1 both 5th the odds so a double on the places I thought. Princely sum of £1.65 back I thought, wrong again.Contacted them via chat to ask about my £1.65 not being credited to my account. Was told that Heinz was "Win Only" bet. Pointed out that the bet slip said "Win or Each Way". Explained about checking the Each Way box and stake doubling. Still insisted that bet was win only. Ended up with this."Sophia - I've already coordinated this with our relevant team and both of us clearly see that this bet was correctly settled as a losing stake. Insisting to change the status of this bet as a winning bet even though it was correctly settled as lost will lead me to close your account and raise it further to our Responsible Gambling Team. Excellent company I made a mistake by depositing 2 5s instead of a tenner they gave me the bonus after a email and I won 135 of it and paid .e within a hour can't fault them

Scammers basically, it doesn't pay out, they try mug you off if you win anything.. you won't get any bonus that is promised to you. And most of all the customer service agents ( carel,ish,vernon)... All douches that can't do their jobs.., if they CBA to help or don't know what they are doing, will just close the conversation on you.. scum bags

Terrible company and app. Signed up around a week ago , 3 instances now this week when trying to cash out ive had it suspended for over 10 minutes. I reported to coral and they advised they are aware of the issue. They are a scam, avoid .

Appalling customer service. All my bets today have been shown as suspended from the kick off with cash out not available. Their response was truly dreadful and just hid behind the smallprint.
